I am Justice an external member of the Ninja Legend. I was nominated to take charge of the clan ranks for the ninja legend clan members. Please see below:

General Rules and Information :
Take Over Challenge:
The take over challenge is a conclave battle betwen a member and a faction leader or two faction leaders to decide if a change in leadership is required. This challenge applies only to the faction leader positions. Once a leader has been chosen they can run their faction anyway they want as long as they get their main role completed within the clan. The leader positions can now have more then one leader depending on the leader.
Rules
-Take over challenge can only be initiated once a month for new challengers
-The battle must take place in presence of Death Toll + another witness for conclave
-The leader who loses gets demoted until they earn their way back to attempt to regain their
title if they wish to do so to regain their honor
-If the challenger loses they need to wait 3 months for the right to challenge again
-The take over challenge cannot be refused
-The losing leader and winning leader cannot trade places in case the winning warlord feels being a leader is not the role for them. They must endure until the next take over.
-Any violations of the rules will result in both leaders being demoted to prisoners
-Forfeit of a battle only happens if the challenger or defender of the title is not present the day of the duel which is the date they both agreed upon the time limit is 24 to 48 hours to show up for the duel or forfeit and the one present wins by default.
-The duel takes place in the conclave the two leaders + Death Toll and a faction member as a witness but also to prevent interference from public players
- The duel goes as follows best out of 3 matches not rounds but matches that means 6 rounds in total
-Take over challenges come in different forms and sizes. There are three different types of challenges to choose from. You can choose to defeat the leader in a series of 3 challenges (best out 3) or accept just one of the challenges. The defender and the challenger must both agree on those terms before proceeding. It's a mutual decision one does not control the outcome of the other.
-1. Clan member recruitment challenge (with time limit) or + 2. Duel challenge or+ 3. Clan popularity challenge & knowledge challenge (through Death Toll)
-The leader can also choose one of his members to fight on his behalf for dueling challenge only but if they lose the leader loses as well.
Leaders:
Rules and responsibilities
-Every leader must recruit their own members and promote them to their own faction
-Leaders can accept members who wish to switch factions
-Every leader can have an entry test for their members whether it be dueling, quiz, etc (optional)
-If a leader wishes to host a clan meeting for their faction no other leader or member from another faction must enter the dojo until the meeting is finally over.
-Leaders can make request for MOTD changes to suit the needs of their factions
-MOTD changes can only occur once every week per request
-Leaders must work together to ensure the clan's success. Example: if an operation leader asks the other two leaders to get their members to help out they should. The same applies to a assault leader via rail wars and support leader via credit contributions.
-Leaders must host a clan meeting between each other without members to discuss strategies
-Leaders are responsible for the actions of their members and they need to ensure order within
-Leaders are responsible for inactive members within their faction / 30 day expel rule in effect
Members:
Rules and responsibilities
-Members are allowed to switch factions
-Members must pass entry test for each faction in order to gain access
-Members have the right to challenge their current leader and initiate "take over event"
-Members must log in at least once every 30 days
-Members must follow orders given by their leaders

1-You can get demoted if you are not doing your part in your current role
2-If you get demoted you must work your way back up to your role
Top 5 Rules for Leaders when sentencing someone to clan prison :
1-Make sure you give them a verbal warning before the sentence
2-Make sure you have a witness before sentencing
3-Make sure it's the right thing to do regardless of your personnal feelings
4-Prepare a message to the warlord so they are informed about the sentencing
5-If the prisoner persists once in prison you may expel them after a final warning

You can find a description of each rank below:
1. Assault Leader
-Rail war Commander
-Special power : All Powers awarded including rail deployement
-Moderates clan chat in case of bad behavior
-Supervises clan chat to make sure no one feels ignored
-They explain clan rules, website, voice chat, etc to the new recruits
Main Role: Ensure everyone participates in rail wars and is combat ready
Secondary Role: Source of advice for members from all factions in order for them to be combat ready wether for pvp or rail wars
2. Assault Team
-They are the main force for rail attack or defense
-Participates in clan chat and is present for clan meetings online
-Helps out anyone anyway they can
-Provides information best weapons and pvp builds
-Special power : Only members to have access to clan expell power to enforce discipline
3. Operation Leader
-Research Commander
-Special power : All powers awarded including rail deployement
-Moderates clan chat in case of bad behavior
-Supervises clan chat to make sure no one feels ignored
-They explain clan rules, website, voice chat, etc to the new recruits
Main Role: Ensure all research is started and completed
Secondary Role: Main source of knowledge of the clan. Must be able to answer all questions.
4. Operation Team
-They are the main force for research completion
-Participates in clan chat and is present for clan meetings online
-Helps out anyone anyway they can
-Provides information on what ressources and research are needed
-Special power: Only members to have access to start, change or cancel research in dojo
5. Support Leader
-Diplomacy and Finance Commander
-Special power : All powers awarded including rail deployement
-Moderates clan chat in case of bad behavior
-Supervises clan chat to make sure no one feels ignored
-They explain clan rules, website, voice chat, etc to the new recruits
Main Role: Ensure clan vault has over million credits at all times
Secondary Role: Information provider for all members on clan rules.
6. Support Team
-They are the main force for credit farming and clan credits
-Participates in clan chat and is present for clan meetings online
-Helps out anyone anyway they can
-Provides information to other members on where to farm when needed
-Special power: Only members to have access to change tax % at any time
7. Prisoner
-This rank is used to serve as a punishment for unruly members
-It is a rank without clan powers and the duration of the rank is weekly
-Any member who gets sent to this rank needs to start from the bottom in order
to rank back up to where they were regardless of how high the rank is
-Clan trial can be held before or after the sentencing of a member
